H2 Ready Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler
With the Vitodens combi boiler being a hydrogen-ready boiler, it means that it is ‘exempt’ from being banned as it is capable of running on a mix of natural gas and hydrogen.

Being a German company, you get all the reliability you would expect. Built to last and given a 12-year warranty as a big stamp of approval from Viessmann means they are confident in their work, and rightly so.
The old Vitodens 100 was reliable, and this is even more so.

We think the Vitodens 100 is only beaten on value for money by the smaller boiler in the Vitodens range, the 050-w.
When you put together everything, performance, reliability, and the market-leading warranty, the new boiler price could be higher and still offer excellent value.
We haven’t considered the looks as if it’s a boiler; who cares?

Technically we should have given the Vitodens 100-w 10 out of 10 because they offer 12 years warranty which is on par with other industry-leading warranties.
We have knocked half a mark because you have to find a Viessmann-trained installer.
The good news is they aren’t hard to find! There are some T’s and C’s to follow, but they’re the same across all boiler manufacturers, such as an annual Viessmann boiler service.

9.25 was the highest score we had given any boiler until its little brother, the new Vitodens 050-w, came along.
We love the Vitodens 100-w. It just does everything well without being too flashy.
It is a boiler, after all, and you want it to tick over nicely and do its job without causing problems or hitting you in the pocket.
This boiler does that from the start with its value-for-money price and ease of installation.
This boiler is a great back boiler replacement in terms of cost and output.
